Q: Will I need to pay a new patient fee at Defiance Chiropractic when you move?
A: Our currently established patients will not need to pay a new patient fee or go through the new patient process when migraiting with us. There will likely be some paperwork that needs to be completed as they get you into their system however.

Q: Will I get bounced around to other doctors or will I continue to see Dr. AJ or Dr. Kayla?
A: No. You may choose who you see. As long as you specify which doctor you like to see they will provide you with scheduling options for that doctor. The only time you may need to see a different doctor is if you require an appointment while your typical doctor is out of the office, though it is not a permenant change.

Q: Will you still take my insurance?
A: Yes. Actually we will be taking more insurances. Defiance Chiropractic accepts most major insurances. There may be a brief time during the transition that patients who see Dr. Kayla or Dr. AJ will not be covered as the insurance company updates everything on their end. To get clarification on your coverage during the first month or two at Defiance Chiropractic, you may call their office for details.

Q: Will you have the same hours as before?
A: Our hours will change a bit but should be able to accommodate more needs. We will begin having Monday and Saturday availability. Our later shifts for those 'after work' patients we see may change to different days but will still be an option. Dr. AJ will have Thursday off during the week which will be Dr. Kayla's day in the office.

Q: Will there still be online booking available?
A: Unfortunately there will no longer be online booking though Defiance Chiropractic has a great front desk staff that can help you get scheduled and answer any questions you may have.

Q: Where is Defiance Chiropractic?
A: Defiance Chiropractic Center is located at 1770 Jefferson Ave in Defiance. It is close to Defiance High School and across the street from the Elks Lodge on the south side of town.
