The Bump Clinic

We are happy to announce we will be hosting another "Bump Clinic" for the winter sports season during the month of January.

 

This is an opportunity for area high school athletes to come in and get any sports-related injuries examined and treated by a Board-Certified Chiropractor. Services provided during these hours will be completely free of charge and include examination of sports injuries, adjustments based on clinical need, and use of our massage chairs. Any further recommendations outside of these services will require follow-up visits during regular hours and will be billed at our standard rates. All treatment provided will be at the professional discretion of the chiropractors involved in the care based upon safety and clinical necessity.

All Athletes under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present for treatment or have a signed Bump Clinic Authorization Form signed by a parent/guardian. This can be downloaded and printed by clicking the link below and returned to us when the athlete visits our office. We require this form to be signed by all athletes or their parent/guardian.
